At 2 months:

-you weigh 13.4 (85th %)

-23 1/2 inches long (75%)

-have rolled over from your tummy to your back a few times

- you are smiling especially when we tickle your lips

- you are cooing and talking to us

-you are sleeping 5-6 hours a night (thanks to the swaddle me, which you fight until you fall asleep)

-still eating about every 2-2.5 hours except at night

-you usually eat 4oz (you've eaten 6oz a fee times)

-you love going for walks outside in your stroller

-you got your 2 month shots, you and mommy both cried (you slept for 5 hours after you got them and then cried for a day and a half)

-you aren't liking to be put down lately. You cry every time I lay you down, but I don't mind all the extra snuggles. Mimi says you're spoiled already.

-you had your dedication at church on Sunday and then we had a party for you at home. You got to meet lots of new aunts and cousins

-you're wearing 3-6 month clothes and 6 month sleepers

Every day we love you more. I've been watching you and your daddy and I can tell he thinks the world of you. I just love seeing you grow, you're changing every day. I've watched your eyelashes come in slowly and now your eyebrows are starting to change color. Your eyes are still bright blue just like Mimi and Nana's. This month we dedicated ourselves to raising you by the Lords word and to teach you to love God with all your heart. We are trying to raise you in a Christ centered home so that you will be a follower of Jesus, even when you leave this home and make your own. I pray that you have the most kind heart, and that you will love to be around people, and help them, and play with them like your daddy. I know you will. I'm getting very excited to take you to KinderMusic class with your buddy Grayson. You seem to love music, it always calms you down. I sing to you all the time, I don't know a lot of nursery songs so we sing about daddy getting home and what we're cooking for dinner. :)

You are getting so big so fast baby boy, I'm still wishing time would slow down just a bit. I want to snuggle you in my arms for longer than you let me sometimes because you like to sit up and see everything. 

You are mommy and daddy's biggest and best blessing. We love you!
